William Nedds, 18, of Troop 49 of Oakland, received his Eagle Scout Award during Court of Honor Ceremonies. William earned 131 BSA Merit badges.
Of course you can do that, with perseverance and dedication as well as proper guidance and assistance of your scoutmaster.amazing!
